Jessica Carr is the Berman Scholar of Jewish Studies and an assistant professor in Religious Studies. She is currently working on a project comparing visual culture representations of Jewish women by Jewish women from around the world. Her focus right now is on Jewish women artists in Argentina, especially the art books of Alex Appella. In LACS, she teaches REL 309 Jews in the Americas.
